We want you to shop with confidence. That is why we back our electronic gadgets with a straightforward return policy and a customer-friendly warranty program.

Return window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to report and return an item with manufacturing issues.

Defective coverage

We cover full repair or replacement for functional defects (e.g. power bank not charging, Bluetooth disconnects, smartwatch display error).

Our return process

STEP 1

Initiate the Return

Contact our support team on +233 20 071 5633 or email info@hanshome.store within 7 days of delivery. State your order number and describe the issue with photos/videos.

STEP 2

Package the Product

Put the product back into its original retail packaging, along with all accessories (cables, manuals, extra ear tips) and the receipt/invoice that arrived with it.

STEP 3

Verification & Pickup

We will coordinate with a rider to pick up the item (Accra) or instruct you on bus delivery (regions). Once at our hub, our technicians will run diagnostic tests to verify the defect.

STEP 4

Get Refunded or Replaced

If verified as a factory defect, we will process a full refund to your Mobile Money wallet / bank card, or ship a brand-new replacement unit according to your preference within 48 hours.

Eligible for returns

  • Manufacturing/factory defects (e.g., audio imbalances, non-functional ports).
  • Wrong item received (different model, size, or color than ordered).
  • Item in original condition and original packing box with all seals intact.

Not eligible for returns

  • Accidental physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, broken pins, drops).
  • Liquid/water damage (unless product is explicitly certified as waterproof).
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessory items.
  • Standard change of mind after using or opening the product.
